Please, do not request your bank to collect money transfer charges from the Organizing Committee or the Conference Management. In such cases, the difference will have to be paid at the time of registration.

Credit/Debit Cards
  • In case, no room is available in your choice of hotel, you will be booked in a similar star category hotel as per availability.
  • One night advance deposit is required to confirm reservation which is not refundable in case of no show or cancellation after 15th August, 2018. This online hotel booking form will charge you for only one night hotel charge as an advance deposit. You will have to settle the remaining nights hotel charges at the time of check in/check out .
  • Full refund will be granted for cancellation before 15 th August 2018 after deducting US $ 45.00 for administrative cost and credit card/bank charges.
  • In case of change of check-in and check-out date, Please email directly to hotel@airdc2018.com at least one week before your arrival date.
  • Hotel room net tariff rates include daily breakfast, airport arrival/departure transfers and presently applicable 10% service tax and 13% VAT.
  • Government taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Arrival/departure flight details and flight timings are required in advance at least three days before your arrival date in order to ensure your arrival/departure transfers.
  • Check-Out time in all hotels 12:00 noon.
