  • Registration fees (in USD $) can be paid by credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or by Bank Transfer.
  • Payment by bank transfer:
    • Any applicable bank charges to be borne by the participant.
    • Please ensure to mention the name of the participant in the bank transfer for reference.
    • Payment through bank transfer will not be accepted after 17 th Sept 2018
  • Registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of the required registration fee.
  • Any outstanding payment will be collected during on-site registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation: all the bank charges in case of payment by bank transfer and credit card charge in case of payment by credit/debit card are the responsibility of the participant.
  • All cancellation must be emailed prior to the deadline at registration@airdc2018.com
  • Cancellation of registration up to 30th August 2018 will be 50% refunded.
  • Cancellation of registration after 30th August 2018 will not be eligible for any refund.
